  • Superheading the establishment of an engineering testing facility within the RAM lab

  • Researched single-sided adhesives to enhance manufacturing practices and reduce labor costs

  • Led efforts to shift equipment usage, enhancing adhesive deposition process

  • Designed and executed over 20 experiments using DOE methodology, resulting in optimal material quantities that minimized cost and waste

  • Traveled to international factories for project collaboration and to gain insights into footwear manufacturing

  • Collaborated with vendors to create adhesives tailored to strong bond performance and material compatibility
